Join Dr. Jeffrey Gladden and Dr. Peter Kozlowski in this episode of the Gladden Longevity Podcast. Dr. Koz emphasizes that the symptoms of adrenal fatigue can look the same as the symptoms of a low thyroid, so different tests are needed. (13:55) 

Dr. Koz explains that the thyroid gland makes T4 and that T4 is converted to T3 and shares that T3 is the hormone that binds to cells all over your body. (16:00) 

Dr. Gladden mentions that the only way to deal with some issues is to do genetic testing. (18:19) 

Dr. Koz says an area of functional medicine he was not willing to get into originally was environmental medicine. (20:20)
