Graduating from Temple University with Honors in Medicine, he delved into various cardiology domains, leaving an indelible mark on the field. Dr. Gladden holds the position of Director of Heart Attack and Stroke Prevention and Cardiac Rehabilitation at The Heart Hospital Baylor Plano, which he co-founded in 2004. Additionally, he plays pivotal roles at Scientia Cardio Access and Scientia Vascular as CEO, CMO, and board member. Despite these achievements, his personal and professional life encountered a pivotal shift in his mid-fifties.

Melissa’s nursing journey began at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. The next four years saw her flourishing in the fast-paced environment of the Emergency Room, where she honed her skills as a nurse and developed an unwavering sense of responsibility for patient care.
Fueled by a desire to further her impact in healthcare, Melissa pursued higher education, obtaining her Master’s in Nursing from the University of Texas Arlington in 2020. Determined to stay at the forefront of medical advancements, she furthered her knowledge and expertise by completing the Fellowship in Anti-Aging and Metabolic Medicine from the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine in 2021.
